Children of any age are more than welcome but we believe that children aged 1-7 will gain the most value out of our role play experience. We have no upper age limit so if you have older children then they are more than welcome to visit.

We are open every day and run a combination of 1.5 hour and 2 hour play sessions. Session times vary according to the day.

On weekdays during term time, we offer two longer 2 hour sessions at 9.30 and 12pm and a 1.5 hour session in the afternoon at 2.30pm.

On weekdays during the holidays, we offer 1.5 hour sessions throughout the day, starting at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

On weekends we offer 2 hour play sessions throughout the day, starting at 9.15, 12.00pm and 2.30pm. There is also availability for Parties and group bookings too.

Our lovely staff are always on hand to make sure that our sessions run smoothly and safely however parent and guardians are responsible for the supervision of the children in their care at all times.

In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for each child we limit the number of visitors per session. Therefore, although it’s not essential we do advise booking so that no child leaves disappointed. If you would prefer not to book then please call us from 9am onwards to check on the day availability. We also regularly update our facebook and Instagram feeds with availability.

All bookings are non-refundable however we understand the situations may arise where you need to change your session. Therefore we are able to transfer your session to another date providing 24 hours’ notice is given.

In order to maintain a high level of cleanliness no shoes are permitted within the play area and socks must be worn, by adults and children. If you arrive without socks, a pair will be available to purchase for a small charge from reception.

Yes we are wheelchair accessible and have disabled toilet facilities.

With the exception of weaning babies, we ask that no food or drink is brought into the premises. We have a café serving an array of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.

Absolutely! As long as you are only taking pictures of your own children then you are more than welcome to get snap happy.

Unfortunately, prams are not permitted within our café or play area. Upon entering all prams must be left in our buggy park which is situated near the entrance. Should you wish to, you are welcome to bring in car seats or alternatively we advise bringing a sling or baby carrier.

You are still welcome to come in on your arrival however your session will still end at the end of the original allotted 90 minutes.
